In June of 2003, prior to the news of Abu Ghraib, SOTSA was involved in a head on traffic collision that had placed him in a a coma until January of 2022. This album is analogous to Washington Irving's Rip Van Winkle. SOTSA awakes roughly 20 years later, into a very changed world.
